DRIP: How to Get a New Buddy
Sometimes you don’t get much support. Or any. It’s not me, it’s you.
I waited 24 hrs for a response. Seemed like the responsible thing to do.
You would think making up 50% of your Buddy’s DRIP crypto group would get you a response:
I had found my Buddy through one of the videos he made on Youtube. I found the video useful, and the narrator knowledgeable, so I decided to sign up.
Perhaps I should have looked at the Telegram and searched for his posts first. They were mostly promotional, no engaging, answering questions.
I mean, his ads promised Support.
I dunno…maybe his dog died? I tried to be charitable, until I became angry. I mean, this guy was benefitting from all my hard work.
So, I decided to sign up under someone else.
Switching Buddys
Switching to a new Buddy should not be taken lightly. It effectively doubles your work, especially if you already grew a Downline of referrals. There is no mechanism for switching your Buddy. Your previous Buddy doesn’t magically go away. I see his ID staring me in the face every time I open the Drip Community page.
I still have to go there to Claim and Hydrate. But then I have to go to my other account in a new browser, and repeat the same actions. But if you’re anything like me, you really dislike being disrespected. And so off to a new Buddy I go.
Evaluate New Buddy
I researched around 3 new Buddy’s. I placed their IDs in the Checkout Drippers section on the DRIP Community page to see how big their Downlines were, and if they have sent Airdrops:
I also visited their Telegram to see how responsive they were:
Once I made a decision, I created a new wallet, and opened a new browser.
How to Create a New Wallet (MetaMask)
- Click on your Metamask icon in your browser.
- Click on the round Icon for the Wallet you are in.
- Click “Create Account.”
- Fund your account with enough BNB, and at least 11 DRIP for your new account. Remember, you’ll be taxed 10% on transferring, so send a little more than 10 to your new wallet.
- Fund with enough bR34P if you are signing up referrals, so that you can receive Rewards from their deposits.
Since I was using the Brave browser for my old DRIP account, I started my new account using the Firefox browser. That way I wouldn’t have to disconnect wallets before switching to the other account, I could just simply open Firefox and go to the DRIP Community page.
Finally, I had to go back to all the Medium articles I wrote, and switched my old ID to my new ones. It took me a couple hours to switch the ID in 10 articles.
So, I can see my old Downline slowly grow, and my new Downline grow much faster. Both groups are connected through my Medium account, and also once I figure out how to create a Telegram group, so both groups still get the same support.
Likely they will not even know this swap of mine even occurred, it’s just me who has to switch from browser to browser to conduct my Claims and Hydrations, view Rewards, and see my new Downline grow.
…and have the satisfaction that my old unsupportive so-called “Buddy” doesn’t benefit from my newest referrals…;)
UPDATE:
July 12, 2021 — I provide the same support to both my Downlines, by the way. It’s more like now I have 2 Buddy’s, but only one talks to me…;)
August 1st, 2021 I will be sending an Airdrop to my Downline, with additional Bonuses based on the number of people in your Downline as well. Amount TBD.
August 12, 2021 As you can see below I haven’t even received 1 full DRIP from my original Buddy (I started July 1, 2021), so I have decided to republish this article.
This article is not to dox him, it’s just a cautionary tale for those that want a better Buddy — yes it’s possible.

- Go to https://drip.community/fountain and exchange BNB for DRIP.
