Traveling Mailbox has been completely reliable for me for nearly 3 years. I’ve never lost any mail, that I’m aware of, and its fees are better than the rest of the competition when I compared their respective services.

One reason for their reliability for me, is to use their headquarter location in North Carolina. I found out after the fact is that is where all the mail from their other locations is mailed to. Problems with Traveling Mail occur when your mail is forwarded from a different state. Since all my mail went to their N. Carolina address, I never experienced any issues other people seemed to experience.

Using a N.C. mailing address has never been an issue for me, as I have been fairly nomadic for the past 3 years. Being able to view any of my mail via a scanned pdf has been a game changer for me.
